An elected Board of Directors shall manage the affairs of the Association, consisting of nine (9) people. Board members must be Association Members. No two Members from the same household, and no two persons related by blood or marriage, may serve on the Board simultaneously.
Candidates must be Members in Good Standing, meaning they have paid all dues and fees in full to both TPE and TPUOA.
The terms of office of all members of the Board shall be staggered by three (3) year terms.
