  1. Call the meeting to order
  2. Approve the minutes of the June 10, 2026, meeting.
  3. Welcome Community Comments – 3 minutes per homeowner

    2. Changing committee meetings to be all held on one day. Get everyone’s opinion. Every other week. 8:30 AM. Perhaps Monday.

    2. Bylaws
      1.  Meeting sections changed in 2018 to 2019: 7.6, 7.9, and 7.10. Next step? Contact the attorney to learn what they know.
      2.  Bylaw 6.13.6, which limits expenditure to $15,000. – Ready to go. Holding for ballots in Oct/Nov.
      3.  Bylaw changes to 12.2 through 12.5 of the bylaws effectively give the committees the ability to conduct hearings to impose disciplinary action. Ready to go. Holding for ballots in Oct/Nov.
